Yoga Basics
Learn basic skills to aid your practice and prepare for our weekly classes.
Gain familiarity with the elements of a yoga practice including basic poses,
proper breathing, coordinating movement with your breath, and relaxation techniques.
Learn to execute poses with steadiness and comfort. Create and broaden a foundation
for a successful yoga practice. This course is valuable for beginners and those with
experience.
Yoga Basics meets four consecutive Thursday evenings, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
